Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, all sales are generally considered final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders  

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost Packages  

Once a package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, delivery responsibility transfers to the courier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.

Order Changes or Cancellations  

Orders may only be changed or cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
